Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display)

Plan, execute, and scale Flipkart Search and PLA campaigns

Ensure accurate campaign structuring, targeting, and smart budget allocation

Monitor and optimize campaigns based on ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CVR

Scale high-performing keywords, search terms, and ASINs while eliminating inefficient spend

Conduct keyword research and in-depth search term analysis

Maintain strong negative keyword hygiene to improve efficiency and profitability

Manage daily budgets and bid strategies to achieve performance goals

Track daily and weekly ad performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders

Identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements across platforms

Experiment with match types, placements, and campaign structures

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field

Around 1 year of hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart Ads

Familiarity with tools such as Amazon PI, Helium 10, and Brand Analytics is a plus

Strong understanding of ACOS, ROAS, keyword optimization, and search term analysis

Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets

Curious, analytical mindset with a strong drive to test, learn, and optimize

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
