Job Title: Campaign Manager Google & Meta Ads (Lead Generation + Online Store Sales)

Location: Noida Sec 62

Salary: 30,000 45,000 In-Hand per month (depending on experience & performance)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1.5 4 years in Google Ads & Meta Ads


About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and result-driven Campaign Manager to handle end-to-end paid advertising on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram). The main goal is to generate high-quality leads and drive direct sales for our online store.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Manage daily budget allocation, bidding strategies, and scaling to meet lead & sales targets
  • Create high-converting ad copies, creatives, and landing pages (in coordination with designer)
  • Track, analyze, and report key metrics daily/weekly: ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, Revenue
  • Do A/B testing of ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages
  • Set up proper tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTM parameters)
  • Identify new audience segments, remarketing strategies, and lookalike audiences
  • Manage lead quality and hand over hot leads to the sales team on time
  • Stay updated with latest Google & Meta algorithm changes and ad policies

What We Expect from You

  • Proven hands-on experience running Google Ads + Meta Ads for e-commerce or lead-gen businesses
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX) and Meta Ads Manager
  • Good understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Reporting)
  • Ability to work independently and hit monthly targets
  • Excellent written & spoken English (for ad copies)
  • Bonus: Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce store tracking and CRM tools
