About the Role

We are looking for a Campaign Manager Brands (Paid Ads) who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven advertising campaigns for brand clients across digital platforms. This role focuses on ROI, growth, and data-led decision making.


Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms

Understand brand objectives and translate them into high-performing ad strategies

Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop ad copies and creatives

Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics like CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions

Manage and monitor ad budgets efficiently to maximize results

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and messaging

Track daily performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices

Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and business goals

Skills & Qualifications

24+ years of hands-on experience in paid ads/performance marketing

Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

Good understanding of audience targeting, funnels, and conversion tracking

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take action

Experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously

Excellent communication and coordination skills
