Campaign Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Campaign Operations Intern to manage the end-to-end operational workflows of influencer marketing campaigns. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth campaign execution, strong coordination between brands and creators, and high operational efficiency across shipments, budgets, and returns.

This is a desk-based role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Campaign Operations & Coordination

• Track product shipment and delivery status across campaigns and proactively update influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Coordinate closely with brand teams to ensure product availability and resolve order, dispatch, or delivery-related issues.
• Manage campaign timelines to ensure seamless execution and minimal delays.

Budget & Spend Management

• Handle monthly budget allocations and track spends against defined targets.
• Ensure accurate sourcing, expense tracking, and operational cost monitoring.

Returns & Process Efficiency

• Manage return cycles end-to-end, ensuring all returns are initiated and completed within defined timelines.
• Maintain 90%+ return efficiency through strict process adherence, follow-ups, and issue resolution.

Reporting & Operational Insights

• Support campaign performance through data-driven operational insights.
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting to identify gaps, improve workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong operational coordination and execution skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail with a strong ownership mindset
• Comfortable working with timelines, data, and process-driven environments
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability setup

Work Details:

• Internship Duration: 36 months
• Working Days: Monday Friday
• Working Hours: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM
• Stipend: Up to 15,000
• Location: Remote
• Nature of Role: Desk-based role

Additional Availability Requirement:

• Candidates should be available for 34 hours on Saturdays on an as-needed basis, especially during return windows, as operational queries may arise and require timely resolution.

Performance & Growth Opportunity

• A Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) may be extended at the end of the internship based on performance.
• The full-time salary, if offered, will be based on performance during the internship.
