Brand Operations & Campaign Executive

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Brand Operations & Campaign Executive to support the brand team in executing campaigns seamlessly. This role sits at the intersection of campaign execution, stakeholder management, and creative collaboration, ensuring ideas translate into smooth on-ground execution.

While the role is largely operations and client servicing driven (80%), the candidate will also contribute to creative ideation and campaign thinking (20%).

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Operations Management (80%)

• Track and manage brand campaigns end-to-end to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with procurement teams, site partners, and vendors for campaign implementation.
• Follow up on POs, invoices, and payments to ensure smooth financial closures.
• Maintain and track the Brand Quarterly Calendar for campaigns and deliverables.
• Oversee execution of brand films and video projects, including shoot coordination and edit follow-ups.
• Maintain internal trackers such as the Mall Master Tracker and campaign status sheets.
• Drive internal team follow-ups to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Act as a strong client servicing bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Creative Support (20%)

• Participate in campaign ideation and brainstorming sessions.
• Contribute ideas for brand activations and campaign formats.
• Support the team in translating creative concepts into executable plans.
