About the Role

The Campaign Execution Representative manages the execution phase of B2B demand-generation campaigns after setup is completed by the Campaign Builder team. The role focuses on pacing management, structured communication, risk identification, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery. You will act as the operational bridge between Customer Experience, Audience Development, QA, and Delivery teams, ensuring timely updates, proactive alignment, and accurate campaign execution.


Key Responsibilities


1. Campaign Launch Handover

Review launch details provided by the Campaign Builder team.

Validate targeting, qualification criteria, pacing expectations, and delivery goals.

Flag discrepancies or launch risks immediately.

2. Daily Campaign Execution

Monitor daily pacing, delivery trends, and campaign performance.

Share all required campaign updates pacing status, blockers, delivery plans within 24 hours.

Track approvals, targeting changes, pauses, replacement requests, and other instructions with complete accuracy.

3. Proactive Communication

Inform Customer Experience at least 24 hours in advance of any expected pacing deficit or delivery miss.

Keep RM, CX, AD, and QA aligned through structured, timely updates.

Ensure no delays or missed communication that could impact performance.

4. Campaign Briefing

Conduct clear and structured campaign briefings within 24 hours of launch.

Ensure QA and AD teams fully understand rules, requirements, and expectations.

Provide clarity on qualification logic, pacing plan, delivery strategy, and blockers.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with Audience Development to meet daily pacing goals.

Coordinate with QA for quality checks, clarifications, and feedback loops.

Share approvals and updates promptly to avoid workflow delays.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Campaign Execution Representative or Campaign Coordinator (Launch).
  • Strong understanding of campaign workflows, pacing logic, and B2B demand generation processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Must be willing to work the 5 PM to 2 AM (Night shift).
