Location: IILM University, Greater Noida

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Cameraperson cum Video Editor to manage end-to-end video production including photography, videography, and video editing for academic, marketing, social media promotions and event-related content.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle camera operations, photography, and videography for campus events, academic activities, and promotional shoots.
• Edit long-form and short-form videos for social media, admissions campaigns, and institutional content.
• Handle multi-camera video shoots and editing for podcasts and interview-based content.
• Support YouTube uploads, formatting, and optimisation for digital platforms.
• Work closely with the faculty, staff, and cross-campus team to deliver quick-turnaround video content in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel across IILM campuses for shoots, event coverage, and institutional projects.
• Take ownership of 360 video production requirements, from ideation, scripting and shoot planning to final delivery.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong command over camera handling, photography, and videography techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Experience with social media video formats, trends and YouTube publishing workflows.
• Proactive and self-driven professional with the ability to take ownership of projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and quick turnaround requirements.
• Strong communication skills with good command of English.
• Prior media-industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AI video tools will be an added advantage.
