Camera Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Cameraman to support our video production team. The candidate will assist in capturing high-quality video content for events, projects, and other initiatives. This role requires technical skills, creativity, and willingness to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cameras for events, interviews, and other video shoots under guidance.
• Assist senior cameramen in setting up equipment, lighting, and framing shots.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of camera equipment and accessories.
• Capture b-roll footage, behind-the-scenes, and event coverage as required.
• Collaborate with the video editing team by providing well-organized footage.
• Follow production schedules and adapt to on-the-spot changes during shoots.
• Maintain quality standards for video recording, including focus, exposure, and sound.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma, degree, or certification in Film, Photography, Media, or related fields preferred.
• 02 years of experience in videography or camera operation (freshers with portfolio are welcome).
• Knowledge of camera operation, lenses, and basic lighting setups.
• Basic understanding of video composition, framing, and storytelling.
• Ability to work long hours during events or shoots.
• Team player with good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to relocate or travel for shoots if required.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras).
• Experience with stabilizers, tripods, and other video support gear.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
• Interest in event coverage, cultural projects, or spiritual/meditative content.

Compensation:
