This is a full-time, on-site Caller role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Caller will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to provide information about Tazens platform and services. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, providing support for expert listings, and maintaining accurate call records. The role also includes following up with leads, resolving client concerns, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to enhance user experience.

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer relationship management
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
