Experihub is an experiential learning platform dedicated to bringing Science and STEM subjects to life for children. Through hands-on experiments, engaging stories, videos, and model-based learning, we inspire curiosity and promote problem-solving skills in students. Focused on Grades 18, we partner with schools and parents to deliver curriculum-aligned science experiences. Our mission is to transform children into critical thinkers and active learners.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller based in New Delhi. The Caller will be responsible for engaging with parents, schools, and other stakeholders to provide information about Experihub's offerings. Key tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, providing product details, handling inquiries, and following up as needed to address client concerns. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions for reporting purposes.

Beyond telecalling, the successful candidate will support various functions across Experihub in a startup environment, including content coordination, content creation, event support etc.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with parents and education professionals
• Basic organizational and data management skills for maintaining records and reports
• Ability to understand and explain educational and STEM-based solutions
• Problem-solving and customer service abilities, with a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences
• Background in Science or STEM subjects preferred ability to understand and articulate science concepts to parents and schools
• Prior experience in tele-calling, client support, or education-related roles is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages will be advantageous
• Good spoken and written English is a must
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
