Job Description
Location: Remote(WFH)
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Conduct regular outbound calls to students to inquire about their career aspirations and provide information about our placement services.
Inform students about upcoming job drives, workshops, and other relevant opportunities.
Placement Support:
Assist placement managers in various tasks, including calling candidates, scheduling interviews, and updating the LMS.
Prepare and analyze reports to track performance metrics.
Skills:
(1) Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam).
(2) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
(3) Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
(4) Experience in a similar role, preferably in education or recruitment, Edtech, is preferred.
(5) A target-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
(6) Strong organizational and time-management skills.
