Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller located in the Greater Jaipur Area. The Caller will interact with clients over the phone, handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, provide information about services, and maintain professional customer relationships. The role also involves gathering feedback and supporting lead generation efforts by identifying potential prospects through calls.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• proficiency in maintaining call logs
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple calls efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
