Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct call audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Monitor calls for quality assurance purposes, identifying areas of excellence and areas for improvement.
- Participate in call calibration sessions to align with team members' performance expectations.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve issues related to call quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0.5-6 years of experience in BPO or customer service industry.
- Strong understanding of call auditing, monitoring, and calibration processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to provide constructive feedback effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
