Key Responsibilities:
- Audit counselling calls and chats; maintain QA scorecards
- Provide structured feedback, coaching, and manage call disputes
- Conduct new joiner training and refresher training programs
- Train counsellors on courses, admissions processes, soft skills, and conversion techniques
- Analyze QA data and share performance and quality reports
- Support operations during peak admission periods
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in BPO Quality Assurance and Training
- Strong communication, coaching, and feedback skills
- Knowledge of education counselling or inside sales
- Reporting and data analysis capabilities
