Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Quality Analyst based in Mumbai. The Call Quality Analyst will monitor, evaluate, and assess the quality of customer interactions to ensure adherence to standards. Responsibilities include implementing quality control measures, providing feedback to enhance team performance, and identifying areas for process improvement.
