Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Analyst based in Mumbai. The role will focus on monitoring and improving the quality of aftersales operations and customer support processes. Responsibilities include analyzing operational data, identifying gaps, conducting quality audits, and working with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any field with experience in quality analysis or auditing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Quality Analyst


Important:

  • This role is for a Call Quality Analyst - Customer Support responsible for call monitoring, call audits, and advisor quality evaluation.
  • This is not a Software QA / Testing role.
