As part of its admissions support initiative, JIIT is strengthening its helpline services to assist prospective students and parents by providing accurate information, guidance, and prompt query resolution.


Job Summary:

We are looking for proactive and communication-driven individuals to manage admission-related queries and ensure a seamless experience for applicants and parents.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions
  • Guide prospective students and parents on courses, eligibility, and admission process
  • Maintain records of inquiries and follow-ups using CRM software
  • Coordinate with internal departments for query resolution
  • Ensure timely and accurate response to all admission-related queries


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate, preferably in Business Communication or related field
  • Experience in customer support / student counselling / client interaction roles
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Working knowledge of CRM software
  • Basic computer proficiency


Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Ability to handle high call volumes during admission cycles
  • Organized and detail-oriented
