Key roles and responsibilities

üHandle customer enquiries via email/chat/phone and in person, giving prompt answers.

üWorking on adhere timeline and proper response on customer

üHandling grievance and report escalations to manager for resolution

üCollaborate with internal stakeholders on change requests and payments.

üEnsuring compliance pertaining to management of documents.

üHighest level of written and verbal communication skills

üFair knowledge of basic tools for business fulfilment

üAnalysis data and open to work on key projects in enhancing customer experience.

üStrictly follow rules and policies of the company.

Qualification & Experience

üRequired Graduate

ü1 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service

üGoal orientation, working effectively with the teams, interpersonal and influencing skills to manage customers effectively

üProven track record of achieving deadlines and help in target achievement for the company.

üExcellent oral & written communication skills in English as well as the local language
