Note: Only candidates with proven experience managing teleshopping call center teams and hands-on expertise in product sales (as opposed to service sales) will be considered.

About the Role

Our Shopee India is looking for a Call Center Team Lead Telesales to manage and drive performance within our outbound telesales team. If you have experience in teleshopping or telemarketing-based call centers and know how to coach, motivate, and lead a team to hit aggressive sales targets, this is your opportunity to grow in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of telesales agents to ensure daily targets are achieved.
• Monitor outbound calls, sales conversions, and lead follow-ups.
• Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews for team members.
• Maintain adherence to telesales scripts, compliance, and call quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics).
• Prepare and share performance reports with the Telesales Manager.

• Sales Conversion Rate (Team Target: 1015%)
• Lead Follow-up & Utilization (100%)
• Revenue per Agent
• Agent Attendance & Productivity
• Call Quality & Compliance Scores

What Were Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in telesales/call center roles, with 12 years in a team lead position.
• Must have worked in teleshopping or similar outbound sales environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and call center systems.
• Fluent in English (regional languages a plus).
