About JeAmour Clinic

JeAmour is a premium skin, hair, and aesthetic clinic in Jalandhar, known for advanced treatments and personalized client care. We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for appointment bookings and inquiries.
• Explain clinic services including skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments.
• Follow up with leads generated through ads, social media, and walk-ins.
• Confirm appointments and manage daily patient schedules.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and client details.
• Provide basic consultation guidance and route complex queries to doctors.
• Ensure excellent customer service and patient engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience as a telecaller, receptionist, or customer support executive is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Punjabi preferred.
• Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems is a plus.
