Job Description
We are on the lookout for a competent Arabic speaking Customer Service Representatives who possesses the four skills that define a good speaker: GRAMMAR, VOCABULARY, PRONUNCIATION and FLUENCY, to undertake the task below.
Be it an automobile or a property claim, when a consumer suffers a loss, our Customer Service Representatives are frequently the first to respond.
Our exemplary Customer Service Representatives concentrates on making the customer feel comfortable, establishing expectations, and providing an outstanding experience in addition to obtaining the data that is required to process a claim.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Customer Service Representatives at webappclouds.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction by listening to the caller and making sure that literal data is entered to process a claim by upholding a high standard of phone etiquette.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic is a must (non-negotiable requirement )
- Proficiency in English
- Disciplined when it comes to leaves
- Excellent speaking and writing skills
- Listening
- Empathic
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to deliver a positive customer experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Prior experience in customer service would be of value
- Knowledge of claims and insurance would be a plus
- Data entry in various platforms
