JOB DESCRIPTION - Influencer Meeting Telecaller (WFH) Job Title

Influencer Alignment Executive (Telecaller - Commercial & Industrial)

Role Purpose (Very Clear)

To secure permission-based meetings with commercial & industrial influencers (architects, consultants, PMCs, brokers) through short, professional calls .

This is NOT a sales role

No pitching, no pricing, no follow-ups after meeting is fixed

Key Responsibilities 1. Influencer Outreach
  • Call pre-qualified influencer data using provided scripts
  • Conduct permission-based, executive-style conversations
  • Respect influencer time and status
2. Meeting Fixation
  • Secure 15-minute alignment meetings for senior execution team
  • Ensure meetings are relevant, not forced
3. Script Discipline
  • Follow approved call scripts without improvisation
  • Avoid selling, explaining, or over-talking
4. CRM & Call Hygiene
  • Update call outcomes accurately in CRM
  • Close calls cleanly with YES or NO (no chasing)
What You Will NOT Do
  • Sell products or services
  • Explain company details
  • Pitch residential projects
  • Argue with influencers
  • Do repeated follow-ups
Working Model
  • Work From Home (WFH)
  • Fixed calling windows (approx. 4 hours/day)
  • Calls monitored & scored via RUNO

  • 35-45 connected calls/day
  • Average call duration:
  • Script adherence: 90%
Weekly Outcome KPIs
  • Meeting permission rate: 15-25%
  • Clear rejections recorded (acceptable & encouraged)
  • Zero chasing behavior
Quality KPIs (RUNO Scoring)
  • Average call score: 75 / 100
  • Calls below 70 score:
  • Zero fatal errors (selling, pitching, arguing)
Business KPI
  • 80% meetings accepted by field team
Skills Required
  • Clear, confident spoken English / Hindi (regional language is a plus)
  • Ability to sound professional, calm, and senior
  • High listening discipline
  • Comfort with short, structured conversations
  • Basic CRM & WhatsApp usage
Experience Required
  • 1-3 years telecalling / appointment setting experience
  • B2B calling experience preferred
  • Experience dealing with senior professionals is a strong advantage

Compensation Structure
