Job Description
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments in the system
- Provide accurate information about treatments, insurance, and office policies
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
- Coordinate with front desk, insurance, and clinical teams to ensure smooth operations
- Follow up on treatment plans, recalls, and outstanding payments
- Ensure all interactions meet company communication and service standards
- Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as needed
- Collaborate with U.S.-based offices and teams
- Do not haveexcellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Do not havea power backup (inverter) andstable high-speed internet connection
- Do not send avoice recording (audio introduction) with your application
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 12 years of experience incustomer service, call center, dental, or healthcare environment
- Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and phone systems
- Experience indental or medical industry is a plus
- Knowledge of dental billing or practice management software
