Were Hiring: Remote Customer Service Executive (India-Based | U.S. Dental Practice) Location: Remote Work from Home (India)Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST (Evening Shift India Time), Saturdays as neededSalary: Approx. 40,000/monthCompany: U.S.-Based Dental OrganizationAbout the Role: We are looking for aprofessional, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our U.S.-based dental care and implant organization.This role is ideal for someone who enjoyshelping patients, managing communication, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams . You will be the first point of contact for patients, creating a positive and professional experience that reflects the quality of our dental practice.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments in the system
  • Provide accurate information about treatments, insurance, and office policies
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
  • Coordinate with front desk, insurance, and clinical teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow up on treatment plans, recalls, and outstanding payments
  • Ensure all interactions meet company communication and service standards
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as needed
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based offices and teams

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 12 years of experience incustomer service, call center, dental, or healthcare environment
  • Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and phone systems
Preferred:
  • Experience indental or medical industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of dental billing or practice management software
