Location: C, Scheme Jaipur
Experience: 3+ years
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of approximately 10 callers.
- Ensure call quality, productivity, and performance targets are met.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer or stakeholder concerns efficiently.
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports on team performance, call metrics, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Eligibility Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Graduate or above in Journalism / Marketing / Mass Communication.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in call center operations or team management.
- Proven experience managing a team of 10 or more members.
- Prior experience working with government or political departments.
- Must be locally based in Jaipur.
- Proficiency in Hindi.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and reporting tools.
