Job Description: Call Center Manager

Location: C, Scheme Jaipur

Experience: 3+ years


Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center.
  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of approximately 10 callers.
  • Ensure call quality, productivity, and performance targets are met.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer or stakeholder concerns efficiently.
  • Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports on team performance, call metrics, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.


Eligibility Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Graduate or above in Journalism / Marketing / Mass Communication.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in call center operations or team management.
  • Proven experience managing a team of 10 or more members.
  • Prior experience working with government or political departments.
  • Must be locally based in Jaipur.
  • Proficiency in Hindi.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and reporting tools.
