Role Overview:

You will be responsible for connecting with our Chai Magic customers through outbound calls, maintaining accurate records, and updating customer data for future reference. This role requires good communication skills, customer-centric thinking, and basic data-entry proficiency.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday Work from Office (Powai HO)
• 1st Saturday Work from Home
• Last Saturday Work from Office
• All other Saturdays & all Sundays Weekly Off
