Job Title: Call Center Executive
Employment Type: Contract (2 Years)
Location: Hyderabad, Ameerpet
Department: Call Center
Reporting To: Call Center Manager
Summary
CRM Executives handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and empathy, assisting patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations. Additionally, they address queries related to medical services, doctor availability, billing, and insurance, while maintaining patient confidentiality. Their goal is to provide accurate information, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure a positive patient experience through courteous and timely support.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages a Plus
- Must possess valid Aadhaar and PAN cards.
Training & Certification:
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a Training and Certification Program.
Only certified candidates will be eligible to start work.
Candidates who are not certified will receive compensation for the time spent in training.
Certified candidates who choose to discontinue after certification will not be eligible for any compensation.
Additional Information:
There is no bond and no requirement to submit original certificates.
Apart From the above the position holds such responsibilities that are assigned in due course.
