Coteca is Hiring! | International Sales UK Voice Process | Noida

Join a fast-growing company in Construction Training & Certification. We are hiring energetic Sales Professionals with international BPO experience to join our Noida-based KPO Center.

Location: Noida (On-site)

Shift: UK Shift | Full-time

Perks: Fixed Salary + Incentives + Meal + Transport*

Joining: Immediate or within 2 weeks

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of International BPO (Sales) experience Or Good command on English
• Excellent spoken English
• Proficient in handling International customers
• Must be based in Delhi NCR (Within 10 KM Radius From Noida) as this is On-site job.
• Able to pass the Versant English Assessment

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate or Pursuing Graduation with strong communication skills
• Computer literate MS Office, Email writing
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call center operations
• Candidate should be Strong listener, Feedback Implementer, Multitasker, and Problem-solver
• Should be Customer-focused with Sales approach

• Punctual, Disciplined, and Dependable
• Attentive and good at gathering customer information and then advise
• Acts as a trusted advisor to the customer
• Go-getter attitude and takes the extra mile
• Able to perform under pressure
