We are seeking a high-caliber CAD Manager to lead our technical operations in Ahmedabad. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the quality, efficiency, and delivery of sophisticated drafting and modeling projects. You will mentor a diverse team of professionals, ensuring that every project adheres to the highest international standards and exceeds client expectations.

• Operational Leadership: Manage and scale a high-performing team of CAD drafters and BIM specialists, overseeing resource planning and project assignments.
• Technical Excellence: Supervise the production of detailed Architectural Construction Documentation (CD sets), Glazing/Steel shop drawings, and MEPF services.
• Quality Assurance: Define and implement rigorous QC/QA protocols to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with international building codes (US, UK, and Global standards).
• BIM & CAD Strategy: Drive the adoption of advanced workflows in Revit and AutoCAD, including Scan-to-BIM and Point Cloud processing.
• Client Engagement: Act as a technical consultant for global clients, handling project kickoff meetings, resolving technical RFIs, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve internal drafting standards, layer management, and library creation to enhance organizational productivity.

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 6 to 8 years in CAD/BIM management, with a strong background in an International Outsourcing/Offshoring environment.
• Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), 3Ds Max, and Navisworks .
• Domain Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of global construction documentation standards and structural detailing.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) for seamless collaboration with international stakeholders.
• Availability: Ability to work from the office in Ahmedabad on a full-time basis.
