Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled CAD Drafter to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will have experience in BIM, facades, project management support, design, and estimation. You will play a crucial role in turning concepts into accurate technical drawings and collaborating closely with designers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed CAD drawings for interior design projects, including furniture layouts, finishes, and facades.
• Develop and maintain BIM models for accurate project visualization and coordination.
• Support project management teams with design documentation, cost estimation, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and timely delivery of technical documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 13 years of experience in CAD drafting for interior design projects.
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Experience with BIM modeling and coordination.
• Knowledge of facade design, materials, and detailing.
• Understanding of project management processes and design estimation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
