CA Industrial Training Internship Opportunity

(Focus Area: GST, Income Tax & TDS Compliance)

We are looking for a CA Articleship (Industrial Training) Intern to join our Finance &

Taxation Team, with a specific focus on GST, Income Tax, and TDS compliance. This role

offers an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to both direct and indirect

taxation in a corporate environment.

Location: Madurai

Stipend: As per industry standards

Joining: Immediate preferred

Work Mode: Full-time, work from office

Key Responsibilities

Indirect Tax (GST):

• Preparation and timely filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other GST returns.
• Reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B with books of accounts.
• Coordinating with vendors to resolve input mismatches.
• Maintaining proper documentation for GST audits and departmental queries.

Direct Tax (Income Tax & TDS):

• Assisting in tax computation and return preparation for individuals and entities.
• Performing Form 26AS reconciliation with books and TDS ledgers.
• Assisting in monthly and quarterly TDS return filing (Forms 24Q, 26Q, etc.).
• Preparation of TDS challans, tracking due dates, and ensuring timely compliance.
• Assisting in responding to income tax and TDS-related notices.

General Responsibilities:

• Working closely with internal finance teams and external consultants.
• Maintaining up-to-date tax and compliance records.
• Supporting statutory audit and financial reporting requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• CA Intermediate (Both Groups Cleared) eligible for articleship training.
• Sound understanding of basic GST and Income Tax provisions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Committed to full-time, office-based work and meeting compliance deadlines.
