Your role

Exciting opportunity available in AMER Financial Controlling team which is responsible for managing the legal and regulatory requirements of a company's various legal entities, including subsidiaries, joint ventures, and branches.

Some specific tasks and responsibilities in entity management and governance include:
• Team is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of entity governance.
• Close books during month ends including clearing breaks, provide commentary on material P&L moves, posting journals.
• Perform balance sheet substantiation as per UBS guidelines.
• Identifying legal and regulatory risks associated with legal entities.
• Ensure the maintenance of a strong internal control environment.
• Attest control tool and maintain evidence of same.
• Manage ad hoc queries from stakeholders including Regulators & Auditors.
• Providing entity governance training and guidance.

The AFC (AMER Financial Controlling) which is part of Group Finance.

Your expertise

Undergoing University degree or equivalent qualification (preferably CA / MBA or similar)

Very good written and spoken English, in addition to having good MS Excel knowledge
