Job Overview

The CA Industrial trainee participates in a 12 months program; receives knowledge and training necessary to play a valuable role at Citi. The Analysts will receive real-world work, and will be expected to add value to their teams during their time at Citi. The Program provides on-the-job-training in the following potential Finance functions: Tax compliance and advisory

Responsibilities:

• Performs most basic, routine tasks/assignments
• Works under direct supervision with detailed procedures
• May service a very limited number of products/services
• Applies knowledge of routine work area procedures
• Completes standardized activities
• Exchanges basic information with other co-workers
• Resolves task related problems in straightforward situations
• Selects from a limited number of clearly defined options
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
