Job Title: Associate Statutory Audit

Experience: Fresher CA/ CA Semi Qualified (no longer pursuing CA) (with relevant articleship experience in Statutory Audit)

Location: Mumbai (Closer to Thane will be preferable)

Role Overview:

• Opportunity for a newly qualified CA or A Semi Qualified (who is no longer pursuing CA) to build a career in Statutory Audit
• Exposure to end-to-end audit engagements for listed and unlisted companies
• Hands-on experience with Ind AS, I-GAAP, and Internal Financial Controls (IFC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, execution, and completion of statutory audits
• Perform audit procedures, IFC testing, and prepare audit documentation
• Work on audit reports, CARO 2020, Schedule III, and financial statements
• Prepare and review working papers in compliance with Ind AS and I-GAAP
• Ensure timely documentation, adherence to firm methodology, and audit quality
• Coordinate with clients, managers, and partners for smooth audit execution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher) / A Semi Qualified (no longer pursuing CA)
• Articleship completed in Statutory Audit
• Working knowledge of Ind AS, I-GAAP, Companies Act, and IFC
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and willing to learn
