Job Opportunity: CA Fresher Finance Associate (Bangalore)

A leading global BPM organization is hiring CA Freshers for a Finance Associate role in Bangalore .

Eligibility & Compensation:

• CA cleared in 1st or 2nd attempt only
• 1st Attempt: 11 LPA | 2nd Attempt: 10 LPA
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle finance and compliance functions for the subsidiary
• Prepare financial statements as per Local GAAP / Ind AS
• Support statutory, internal, and SOX audits
• Perform GL scrutiny, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Assist in budgeting, reporting, and process automation initiatives

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong accounting, audit, and compliance knowledge
• Experience in financial reporting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting
• Familiarity with Excel, SAP, or automation tools is a plus
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and process disciplined
