Role Description

The articles trainee shall work in Transfer Pricing and International Tax department.

Assist in preparing detailed Transfer Pricing documentation and supporting analyses in compliance with Indian regulations and OECD guidelines, including preparation of local files, master files, and economic benchmarking studies. Contribute to international tax research by examining Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAA), BEPS Action Plans, and global developments affecting cross-border transactions. Support the team in the preparation and review of statutory filings such and other regulatory disclosures, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to prescribed timelines and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Qualified both group of Intermediate ( Chartered Accountancy Course)
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new challenges in a professional environment.
