Must-Have Skills:

Strong development experience in C#

Hands-on PowerShell scripting for automation and remediation

Experience building, testing, and deploying automation/remediation scripts

Solid OS-level understanding (Windows), including system behavior analysis and troubleshooting

Ability to work independently at a senior level (6+ years experience)

Secondary / Good-to-Have Skills:

Performance tuning and system configuration

Experience extending or integrating with existing tooling/libraries

Exposure to production/support-assist environments

Broader system administration experience
