Were looking for Senior C++ Engineers to drive an in-house real-time video encoding and transcoding platform. Youll own performance-critical C++ components for encoding, packaging, encryption, and delivery of live video to millions worldwide; tune codecs across CPU and hardware accelerators; master HLS/DASH/CMAF; and ship rock-solid production pipelines.

Requirements:

• Deep C++ expertise in performance-critical, real-time systems
• Hands-on experience with x264, x265, NVENC, or equivalent codec implementations and APIs
• Proven track record optimizing in compute-constrained environments
• Strong experience with build systems, binary distribution, and reproducible builds
• Solid understanding of OTT streaming formats (HLS, DASH, CMAF)

Ideally you'll have experience in:

• Kubernetes
• Low level debugging
• AWS, GCP Akamai Linode Cloud tooling
