C++ Developer BFSI

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer to join our BFSI technology team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize high-performance applications for banking and financial services, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust, efficient, and secure applications using C++.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Optimize applications for performance and scalability in real-time and high-volume transaction environments.

Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues effectively.

Ensure adherence to BFSI security, regulatory, and compliance standards.

Required Skills and Competencies

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in C++ (C++11, C++14, or C++17) with solid object-oriented programming knowledge.

Experience with multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning.

Good understanding of STL, Boost libraries, and design patterns.

Hands-on experience in Linux or Unix environments with basic shell scripting knowledge.

Exposure to network programming, socket programming, and real-time systems.

Domain Knowledge

Understanding of BFSI domain processes such as Core Banking, Payments, or Risk Management.

Experience working on high-volume or transaction-intensive systems is an advantage.

Additional Skills

Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.

Certifications in BFSI or C++ development are an added advantage.
