Role: C# Automation Engineer

Location: Bangalore (Whitefield OR Bannerghatta Road)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Mandatory Skills:

Proficient in automation testing using C# , with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining robust test scripts.
Experience on Playwright automation tool used across various testing projects.
Proficient in TypeScript with solid practical experience.
Exposure to designing and implementing custom automation frameworks including Modular, BDD, and Page Object Model.
Solid understanding of Web service testing concepts and best practices.
Automated end-to-end API workflows , including authentication (OAuth, Bearer tokens), CRUD operations, and error handling scenarios.
Practical experience with industry-standard API testing tools including Fiddler, SOAP UI, and Postman .
Strong working knowledge of databases and SQL ; adept at writing complex queries to create, manipulate, and analyse test data.

Additional Qualifications (Good to Have):

Strong grasp of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) methodologies and testing principles.
Working knowledge of TFS (Team Foundation Server) and Microsoft Test Manager (MTM) for test management and version control.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments , with a clear understanding of sprint-based development and continuous testing.
Proven ability to perform test data setup across integrated systems , including identifying and managing data dependencies.
Well-versed in the defect management lifecycle , from defect identification and logging to tracking and resolution.

PREFERRED Education: BE/MCA or any other equivalent degree.
