Your Team Responsibilities

Join MSCI, where we're building solutions that help investors make better decisions. We are seeking an outstanding C++ Analytics Engineer to join our global Performance Attribution Engine Development team in the Pune office. As part of a global, cross-functional team, you will contribute to improving our industry-standard Performance Attribution solution.

Your Key Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain financial analytics software using Visual Studio 2022, C++20, Azure DevOps and Git.
Work in a cross-functional team to deliver high quality product enhancements
Contribute to the rearchitecture of our Performance Attribution Engine
Provide comprehensive unit test coverage for new code
Review code written by peers

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

Outstanding problem solving skills
Experience with C++ programming
Fluent English and strong communication skills
Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, quantitative finance, mathematics, physics or other quantitative fields
Experience with Agile practices, continuous integration frameworks and cross-platform development would be advantageous
Knowledge about financial markets would be advantageous
Experience with programming in Java would be advantageous
Familiarity with additional tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms would be advantageous
