Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BY Supply Chain Execution and a strong background in User Access & Identity Management IT business support and IT Security. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our business goals and security standards.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software solutions using BY Supply Chain Execution to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of User Access & Identity Management protocols to ensure secure access to systems.
  • Provide IT business support by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Implement IT Security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable software solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Lead the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance system performance.
  • Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
  • Document software development processes and procedures for future reference.
  • Train and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

  • Possess a strong understanding of BY Supply Chain Execution and its application in business processes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in User Access & Identity Management to ensure secure system access.
  • Have a solid background in IT business support with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Exhibit knowledge of IT Security measures and best practices to protect sensitive data.
  • Show proficiency in software development and coding best practices.
  • Display excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members effectively.
  • Have experience in mentoring and training junior developers to enhance team capabilities.
