Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Lead with expertise in SAP SD - Brazil & LATAM and SAP Standard Order to Cash. The ideal candidate will have 11 to 15 years of experience and will work in a hybrid model during the day shift. The role does not require travel. Experience in Structural Biology & Modelling OMOP FHIR and HL7 is a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and support of SAP SD solutions for Brazil and LATAM regions.Oversee the Order to Cash process ensuring efficient and accurate operations.Provide expert guidance on SAP SD functionalities and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Design and configure SAP SD modules to meet business needs.Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in Brazil and LATAM.Conduct system testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD modules.Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and team members.Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.Support data migration and integration activities.Maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.Stay updated with the latest SAP SD developments and industry trends.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 11 years of experience in SAP SD with a focus on Brazil and LATAM.Demonstrate expertise in the Order to Cash process.Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in system configuration and customization.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Experience in Structural Biology & Modelling OMOP FHIR and HL7 is a plus.Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing environments.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Proven ability to lead and mentor team members.Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Brazil and LATAM.Experience with data migration and integration activities.Ability to develop and deliver effective training sessions.Stay updated with industry trends and SAP SD developments.
