Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Supplier Selection, Supplier basket creation & Price settlement of Proprietory parts, special emphasis on Rubber & TPE Extruded Parts like Door & Body weatherstrips, waistbelts, Plastic Blow Molding and Injection Molding Parts like Fuel Tank, Fuel Filler Pipes, Urea Tanks, Plastic Appliques etc.
2) Ongoing Price reduction / Value engineering / V3 Project using various sourcing & Savings levers
3) Price Containment, RM Cost budgeting , RM Indexing on Periodic Basis
4) Supplier Risk Management & Mitigation (Incl. Safety audits, ESG Audits)
5) Capacity Creation for Bottleneck Parts & Suppliers
6) Data Analytics & Benchmarking for New Technology & Cost Discovery
7) SAP knowledge is must.
