Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Manage commercial settlements for plastic parts, seating systems, and tooling, while developing sourcing strategies to mitigate cost, supply, and technology risks. Oversee supplier management, drive cost optimization, enable technology advancements, and ensure agile supply chains aligned with business objectives.
Key Focus Areas:
- Cost management and supplier risk mitigation
- Capacity planning and new product development support
- Technology facilitation and sustainability initiatives
- Supplier base optimization and sourcing synergies
- Vendor onboarding, process improvement, and value engineering
Scope:
Enhance supplier and customer experiences, align sourcing strategies with manufacturing goals, leverage analytics and digitization, and ensure compliance while collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives. .
