Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Buyer - Perfumes and Cosmetics position. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing perfumes and cosmetics, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and analyzing product trends. Key tasks include inventory planning, monitoring stock levels, ensuring optimal pricing and quality, and staying updated on industry developments. The role also involves vendor management and identifying opportunities to optimize supply chain efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in procurement, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiations
• Strong analytical skills for inventory planning and trend analysis
• Knowledge of the perfumes and cosmetics industry, including product quality and market trends
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
• Experience with supply chain software and data management tools
• Ability to work independently and take strategic purchasing decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Prior experience as a buyer or similar role in the beauty or retail sector is preferred
