Job Description

Role overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to counsel prospective students and drive enrollments for our Advanced Diploma programs in AI & Automation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EdTech sales and be comfortable handling leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
  • Counsel engineering students on career opportunities in AI & Automation
  • Explain program structure, industry tie-ups, internships, and placement support
  • Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly
  • Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
  • Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth onboarding

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales (Preferably in EdTech)
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Experience in student counseling and lead conversion
  • Target-driven mindset
  • Basic knowledge of AI / Automation domain is an added advantage
  • Comfortable working in a structured sales process
