Job Description
Role overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to counsel prospective students and drive enrollments for our Advanced Diploma programs in AI & Automation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EdTech sales and be comfortable handling leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
- Counsel engineering students on career opportunities in AI & Automation
- Explain program structure, industry tie-ups, internships, and placement support
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth onboarding
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales (Preferably in EdTech)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Experience in student counseling and lead conversion
- Target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of AI / Automation domain is an added advantage
- Comfortable working in a structured sales process
