Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst Supply Chain Management to support supply chain transformation initiative.

Client: IBM

Experience: 8+ Years

Notice period: 0-25 Days

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Supply Chain processes
• Work with stakeholders to understand current-state processes and define future-state solutions
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessment
• Support implementation of SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Logistics)
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Collaboricate with technical teams during development and testing phases
• Participate in UAT, data validation, and defect tracking
• Analyze supply chain KPIs and generate performance reports
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimization strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Supply Chain domain
• Strong understanding of:
• Procurement & Sourcing
• Inventory Management
• Warehouse Management
• Logistics & Distribution
• Demand Planning & Forecasting
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics / Other SCM tools)
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience in requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, and user stories documentation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
