Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in ALIP or FAST, coupled with extensive knowledge of the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our projects align with strategic objectives and deliver value to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business needs.
• Utilize ALIP or FAST knowledge to design and implement effective solutions within the insurance domain.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in the training of end-users.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on status and risks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ALIP or FAST.
• In-depth understanding of the insurance domain, including products, processes, and regulations.
• Proficient in business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.
