Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Should have on requirement analysis, Design and requirements gathering with regular interaction with customers.
• Should be good in SQL to analyze various Databases, Data sources and come up with Data Models
• Should be able to do data mapping based on data analysis.
• Should be able to discuss in depth with business and technical teams and create Business Requirement Documents having use cases and detailed solution approach.
• Should have functional/ domain experience in Insurance.

Good-to-Have

1. Preferable- Some experience in Data Migration
2. Insurance domain related certifications
3. Exp in Acturial and PowerBI is plus
