Vertical 3: ATM BUSINESS (GOLD ATM)
Vertical 4: Expertise in Handling and Development of SEZ (Special Economic Zone) space
Vertical 5: Health care
Note : We are looking for 5 BUH for 5 verticals mentioned above
Reports to: Group CEO/Board of Directors
Role Purpose: Lead the business unit to achieve financial, operational, and strategic objectives.
A Business Unit Head is a senior executive responsible for leading a independent company / unit within the group, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment with corporate goals. The role combines leadership, financial oversight, and strategic planning, making it critical for growth and sustainability.
Key Duties:
Develop and execute business strategies.
Manage P&L and ensure profitability.
Lead and mentor teams.
Drive innovation and market competitiveness.
Ensure compliance and risk management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: MBA or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in leadership roles, preferably with exposure to P&L management.
